Bethel-St. Andrew’s Fashion Show returns to Kinburn May 4

KINBURN – The growing list of West Carleton events returning from COVID-19 continues to grow as the Bethel St. Andrew’s Fashion Show, last held in 2019, returns to Kinburn on May 4.

The fashion show is an evening of fun and an important fundraiser for the Bethel-St. Andrew’s United Church in Fitzroy Harbour.

In 2019, volunteers estimate the fundraiser had been held for roughly 14 years before that. At the last fashion show held at the Kinburn Community Centre, roughly 180 people attended to socialize, enjoys snacks and a drink and look at some of the hottest fashions from Arnprior’s Mill Street Fashions and Dunrobin designer Megan Duffield.

This year, Mill Street Fashions is back.

“Mill Street Fashions of Arnprior presents contemporary fashions for every body type,” volunteer organizers released in a statement yesterday (April 25). “There will be goodies, tea and coffee. It is sponsored by the Bethel St Andrew’s United Church Women.”

Tickets are $15 per person and the event runs Wednesday, May 4 from 7:30 to 9:30 p.m. at the Kinburn Community Centre (3045 Kinburn Side Rd.).
