Special to WC Online
CARP – As the old Arlo Guthrie song says, “you can get anything you want, at Alice’s (restaurant).”
Because the popular Alice’s Village Café has re-opened for the first time since the provincial state of emergency was declared.
Starting today (April 15) the Carp community hub has started serving its great coffee and delicious treats again.
“We will slowly start opening for coffee and a few treats and some freezer goods as an order/pick-up through a window ordering system while observing the two-metre social distancing,” the café owners released in a statement yesterday (April 14).
The take-out window will be open between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m.
