Passed away peacefully with her family by her side on Thursday, June 20th, 2019 at the Carleton Place Hospital. Survived by her husband and best friend of 60 years Leo, son Jim, daughter DeeDee (Mel Chase), grandchildren Emily (Jamie), Carter (Alicia), Shenell (Moe), Zachary, Reed, Kate, 7 great-grandchildren, sisters Sandra (Ron) Conway, Gail Lecombe, sisters-in-law Rose, Carmel, Edna, and several nieces and nephews.
There will be a funeral mass Friday June 28th, 10:00 a.m. at St. Mary’s Roman Catholic Church, 28 Hawthorne Ave. Carleton Place, interment to follow in St. Patrick’s Catholic Cemetery in Ferguson Falls. There will be a Celebration of Life following the interment at Lanark Civitan Hall, 2144 Pine Grove Rd. Lanark Highlands. Arrangements have been entrusted to Alan R. Barker Funeral Home, Carleton Place.
