An Empowering Experience for Teenage Girls !
Spending time in nature coupled with mindful and movement practices young women gain confidence,self-esteem, find their ‘voice’ and discover their unique self.
They will experience this through individual and group activities.

Participants: Girls 14-17 yrs of age (Grades 9-12 in September 2019)
