Councillor Kelly’s Village of Carp Town Hall is set for Nov. 4, 2025, from 5;30-8:30 pm at the Carp Agricultural Hall (3790 Carp Road). As the City prepares for the introduction of municipal water and imminent growth

“I want to better understand your concerns, priorities, and hopes for the future,” Kelly said. “To assist with this, I invite you to take our Village of Carp and area Community Survey here. The survey will be your opportunity to have your voice heard and help to guide the Town Hall discussion on November 4th. Throughout October, my team and I are visiting homes throughout Carp to drop off information about both the survey and the upcoming Town Hall.
