With the City’s 2026 budget discussions now well underway, Councillor Kelly will be holding a Ward 5-specific Public Consultation on October 29th, 2025, from 6-8pm at the West Carleton Community Complex (Dr. Roland Armitage Hall at 5670 Carp Road).

City staff from various departments will be on hand to make presentations and answer your questions about the budget. All West Carleton-March residents are invited to attend.

“As my team and I prepare for our October 29th public consultation, I’d like to invite West Carleton-March residents to take a brief survey on the budget and your priorities,” Kelly said. “This will provide important local data and help inform my positions in upcoming budget meetings and discussions.”
