MATTHEW HOUSE/GIFT OF SIGHT DONATION EVENT

WHAT?

• (1) An event to collect much-needed items for Matthew House, where new refugees or other Ottawa residents in need can access household items at no cost to them. [org]
• (2) An event to collect used prescription glasses and sunglasses for the Gift of Sight project, which provides treatment around the globe for adults and children with serious untreated vision issues. [org/programmes/gift-of-sight].

WHERE?

• Paul’s United Church, 3760 Carp Road, Carp, ON (in the back parking lot).

WHEN?

• Saturday, May 31, 2025.   

WHO?

• Folks in the St. Paul’s United Church community and wider community (1) who have small appliances, linens, dishes or other household items in good repair to donate, AND/OR,
• (2) who have used prescription eye glasses and sunglasses to donate.

HOW?

• Please drop off donations from 9am to 1pm in the back parking lot of St. Paul’s United Church.
