The West Carleton Food Access Centre will hold its Annual General Meeting at 7 pm on Thursday, May 22, 2025 in the Roly Armitage Hall located at the Client Service Centre, 5670 Carp Rd.

As with all AGMs, the WCFAC will review the business of the previous year (2024).

The general public is invited to attend our annual general meeting, however, only registered members can vote on motions presented during the meeting.  This is a new requirement, instituted in our By-Laws in 2024, in accordance with the Not-for-Profit Corporations Act, 2010.

You can register as a member by applying for membership in person prior to the meeting on May 22.
