WCGC February Meeting
February 11 @ 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm
The West Carleton Garden Club will be holding their next meeting on Tuesday, February 11th, at Carp Memorial Hall. Doors open at 7:00 pm for social time and refreshments, and the meeting starts at 7:30 pm.
Speaker that evening on the subject of « Creating Your Own Pollinator Garden » will be
Berit Erickson who is a long time gardener in Ottawa. Three years ago she decided to plant a pollinator garden next to her home. She has documented her process on her online blog and speaks to interested groups about it.
Berit will be sharing her experience in establishing the pollinator garden around her Ottawa home, about her successes as well as her mistakes.
This is an in-person meeting at the Carp Memorial Hall (3739 Carp Rd.). The presentation is free to WCGC members and $5 to any visiting public members.
