Walk or run for the Almonte General Hospital and Fairview Manor.  3k, 5k or 10k routes, timed and recreational.  Registration is $35.  Collect pledges and get gifts. Music, children’s activities, refreshment stations.  Proceeds benefit women’s health and the Birthing Centre.
