OTTAWA – Transportation Services general manager John Manconi has informed council an OC Transpo bus driver has tested positive for COVID-19.

“This individual had been in self-isolation since they developed symptoms on March 20,” Manconi wrote in a memo to council yesterday evening (March 31). “They received the COVID-19 test on March 21 and continue to self-isolate at home. Manconi says he and Ottawa Public Health (OPH) are working together to trace the operator’s work history.
