Join us at the MFNC 2019 Banquet – Wolves and Coyotes, the wild dogs of Ontario
October 26, 2019 @ 5:30 pm - 9:00 pm
Wildlife biologist and research scientist Dr. Brent Patterson will feed our collective interest in wolves and coyotes, the wild dogs of Ontario, when we gather on Saturday, October 26, for the 2019 Macnamara Club banquet. A leading expert on the status and ecology of wolves and coyotes across the province, Patterson will include in his talk the story of how earlier this year Canadian wolves were captured and air-dropped on Lake Superior’s Isle Royale National Park in Michigan as part of an effort to rebuild the dwindling wolf population and help control the moose population.
The banquet, which will include an original Michael Runtz quiz, will be held at the Sand Point Golf Club, 38 Golf Club Road, Braeside. Doors will open at 5:00 p.m. and dinner is at 6:00 p.m.
You’ll miss the fun if you don’t have a ticket!
Tickets can be purchased online on our website or in person at the Arnprior Library. THEY WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE AT THE DOOR.
