Police seek Baseline business flasher

PARKWOOD HILLS — Ottawa police are seeking a man who repeatedly entered Baseline Road businesses and shared too much.
“The Ottawa Police Service (OPS) is requesting the public’s assistance in identifying an individual involved in two separate indecent act incidents at a commercial business in the 700 block of Baseline Road,” the OPS released in a statement. “The incidents occurred on Dec. 6, 2020 and May 2. On both occasions, the suspect entered the business and approached the worker with his genitals exposed.”
The suspect is described as a Caucasian man in his late 20s to early 30s, 5’7” (170 cm), slim build, with blonde hair and blue eyes, and may walk with a slight limp. He was last seen wearing a dark checkered jacket with a hood, jeans and black backpack.
