CONSTANCE BAY – On a Sunday (Aug. 8) evening, well outside of the news cycle spotlight, Kanata-Carleton Member of Parliament Karen McCrimmon released, what she called, an open letter to her constituents, informing the riding she would not seek re-election and will step down as MP at the end of her term, whenever that may be.
