DESCRIPTION:\n\n\nWinter 2019 Zumba Classes \nLooking for a fun way to meet your New Year’s fitness resolution?  Zumba classes at the Mess Hall (2240 Craig’s Side Rd\, Carp) will be starting again on Tuesday January 15th\, 9:30 am to 10:30 am. \nWho Can Participate?\nMen and women\, all ages. No dance experience needed. This is NOT a dance routine. \nBenefits?\nA total workout\, combining all elements of fitness – cardio\, muscle conditioning\, balance and flexibility\, boosted energy and a serious dose of ‘awesome’ each time you leave class. \nWhat to bring?\nIndoor exercise shoes\, water bottle\, comfortable clothes. \nCost?\nThe January 15th class is free! The cost for the full session of 10 classes is $75.\nDrop-in cost of $10/class \nQuestions?\nPlease email HCA President – president@hca-carp.ca \nHow It Works\nWe take the “work” out of workout\, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style\, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over\, you’ll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise. Super effective? Check. Super fun?
