SUMMARY:OPH flu shot mobile clinic at West Carleton Community Complex
DESCRIPTION:Ottawa Public Health will be hosting a mobile flu vaccination clinic on Friday\, November 27 at the West Carleton Community Complex (5670 Carp Road) for residents of the community. The clinic will be open from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Upon arrival please speak with the OPH representative at the front desk. If available you will be seen by a public health nurse immediately. Should there be no availabilities at that time OPH will provide you with an appointment time later that day. \nResidents who are unable to visit the mobile clinic on November 27 can visit one of OPH’s fixed flu clinics. More information can be found by visiting ottawapublichealth.ca/flu or calling 613-580-6744. \nOrganizers ask you wear a mask or face covering\, stay two metres apart from those outside of your household and wash your hands upon entering and exiting. If you feel ill\, please stay home and isolate. \n
