DESCRIPTION:\nLegion Branch 616 Remembrance Ceremony/Parade – Sat Nov 9\, 1:30pm\n\n\nAll are welcome to attend our Remembrance ceremony and parade\, which is held by our Legion Branch 616 in Constance Bay on Saturday\, November 9\, the Saturday before actual Remembrance Day. As is done across our country\, we will honour those who served and sacrificed their lives.\nAll veterans are welcome to march in the parade and youth members of Scouts and Guides.\n\n\nThe parade route will be from the Constance Bay Grocery to the Legion at 377 Allbirch. The Ceremony is held at the Branch cenotaph\, and we are open following the ceremony\, including a complimentary lunch.\n\n\nPlease note road closures are in effect at 1:30 pm during the parade on Constance Bay Road from McConnell Lane to Allbirch Rd and on Allbirch Rd at the Legion until the ceremony ends ( approx 2:30pm). Alternate routes are available\, and emergencies excepted.\n\n\nWe will remember them.\n\n
