DESCRIPTION:Deep Roots Food Hub – 2020 AGM \nTuesday\, September 22nd\, 6:30pm to 8:00pm \nRoot Cellar – 230 Davidson’s Side Road (off Carling Avenue near Shirley’s Bay) \nUnofficially dubbed “The Queen of Root Cellars” in a recent Ottawa Citizen article\, the Deep Roots Food Hub is proud to announce the official opening of its “off-grid\, high-tech” root cellar. \nWe’re also pleased to announce that Sprott Business School (Carleton University) is now an important partner and will be focusing on the development of a business\, fund raising* and marketing plan. \nThis will be a Covid-sensitive outdoor meeting\, requiring screening\, masks\, social distancing and contact information.   The only exception will be a brief tour of the root cellar itself\, limited to 10 (masked) people at a time. \nPre-registration is requested.
