SUMMARY:“Dealing with Stress” Support and Coaching Drop in Session
DESCRIPTION:We all experience stress in our lives – from the challenges in our everyday life to dealing with changes that take us out of our comfort zones. Stress can affect our health\, our effectiveness and our happiness.\nLearning how to change the way we respond to stress (automatic triggers)\, changing our perception and letting go of the way we hold stress in our bodies can allow us to clearly think about all our options and choose how we feel about it. \nSome of the causes of stress: \n\nour relationships with others and ourselves\njob related stress/school (exams)\nParenting\nHealth\nBody Image\nTrauma\nDivorce and Separation\nAddictions\nGrief and Loss\n\nDuring these monthly drop-in sessions we will address how stress affects us and different techniques that can be used to let go of stress\, change our thinking/beliefs about what is causing the stress and bring more clarity\, grounding and health into our daily lives. \nMonthly drop in sessions will be held at the Carp Ridge Wellness Center (Clinic\, 4596 Carp Rd.) every 2nd Thursday of the month (9:30-10:30 am) and every last Wed of the month (7:00 to 8:00pm). \nfacilitator Lisa Kopil \nwww.tapforlife.com \nBy Donation\, \nPlease RSVP to lisa@tapforlife.com \n
